Innellea (Micheal and Daniel) made a quick entry into the world of techno music after beginning their journey in Munich, Germany, in 2014. Daniel left the group after six years, claiming that the tempo of the performance was too tiring and deteriorating his health, and Micheal now continues as a DJ rocking the stage alone. Definitely one of the most promising newcomers to the electronic-techno dance scene!

The duo made their professional debut in 2014. “Because the dance floor is one of those rare places where many people of different races, lifestyles, or ideas can come together, we can see this diversity as a good situation that needs to continue,” they say of their music. This is precisely why the duo set out to accomplish this goal: to bring different people together on the dance floor!
Germany is widely regarded as Europe’s techno music epicenter. The duo used their birthplace and upbringing to forge their own musical style. They had the opportunity to go to techno clubs in Munich and make observations, which benefited their careers.
Why Electronic Music?
“How come electronic music?” “My first contact with electronic music began with a Boyz Noize concert,” Daniel says. The energy, crowd, and sense of community there astounded me. I’ve never had anything like this before. Then I went out and bought myself a cheap mixer, and that’s how it all began.”
Discography

Innellea made her official debut with Afterlife after beginning to expand their fan base with their EP Nautilus in 2018. The songs “Lost In Fades” and “Vigilans” from the album Afterlife have been listened to over 1.2 million times. Daniel describes his feelings about Vigilans as follows: “I realized while producing it that Vigilans would be loved so much.” This song was created by fusing various guitar riffs, trumpet melodies, and rock music that I was listening to at the time. The outcome pleased both me and the audience.
“Prospective Vision,” an 11-track collection, is made up of songs produced by Daniel and performed live or on DJ sets. This is defined by Daniel as completing his future with his past.
And now we have the new EP “Picture.” Let’s take a look at his project: “In fact, I started this project before the Corona virus came into our lives.” When things were normal… I had the opportunity to make changes to some parts during the pandemic. When people had to stay at home due to the pandemic, I tried to create pieces that they could dance in their rooms during the pandemic and on the dance floors when things returned to normal to keep their morale up. “Picture” was the end result.”
“Picture” is an EP that features some harder beats. Perhaps we can interpret this harshness as an expression of the anxiety caused by confinement to one’s home.
What Happens During the Creation Process?

Innellea claims that his creative process is unstructured. He was going to the set and letting everything happen naturally. Daniel also says that while producing, he “imagines the dance floor, the crowd on the dance floor, and the lights.” Almost anything can inspire his music: a passing stranger, an object, a text, or a painting… It is also closely associated with neologism. It actually creates phonetics by including any word that comes to mind, even if it is meaningless, in the piece… (Neologism: a new word. A new word created by analogy with existing words in a language.)
He does, however, always drink a large cup of coffee before going to the concert; otherwise, he does not feel prepared for the stage.
